Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of yashretail.com and every purchase made through it. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who you are dealing with

We sell Aapanam Vixa BLDC ceiling fans and related home appliances. Aapanam is our own brand. We are the manufacturer, not a reseller.

2. Prices and payment

All prices on the Indian site are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. The price charged is the price shown at the moment you place the order.

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets, processed through Cashfree Payments, PayU or Paytm. We do not store your card details; the payment gateway does. We do not offer cash on delivery. Payment is taken in advance.

We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch. If we do, we will tell you and you may cancel with a full refund.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. Until then either of us may cancel, on the terms of our Cancellation Policy.

Stock shown on the site is our best information, not a guarantee. If an item is unavailable after you have paid, we refund you in full.

4. Delivery

Delivery inside India is free. International delivery is charged at the live courier rate shown to you at checkout. Timelines and details are in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

5. Returns, replacement and refunds

Set out in full in our Refund and Returns Policy. In summary: a damaged, defective or wrong item is replaced if you tell us within 7 days; an order cancelled before dispatch may be refunded or exchanged; and if we cannot deliver or replace, you get all of your money back.

For a claim of transit damage, a wrong product, or a missing item or part you must send us an unbroken unboxing video that begins with the parcel still sealed. We send you a video of your parcel being packed before dispatch. A manufacturing defect found after installation is covered by the 5-year motor warranty and does not require a video.

6. Warranty

Every Aapanam Vixa fan carries a 5-Year Motor Warranty inside India, against manufacturing defects in the motor, subject to correct installation and use within the rated voltage. Outside India the warranty is Return-to-Base. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, or electrical supply outside the fan's rated range. 7. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative; the finish of a fan may look slightly different under different lighting. Specifications may be improved without notice, and where they are, the change will not reduce the performance you were promised.

8. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login safe. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

9. Coupons and promotions

Coupon codes are issued by us, apply only to the products they name, and expire on the date stated. They cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw a promotion at any time, but never after you have used it on an order we have accepted.

10. Our content

The Aapanam name and logo, the Vixa model names, the photographs, the text and the design of this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

11. What we are responsible for

We are responsible for supplying a product that matches its description and is of satisfactory quality, and for the warranty we give. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, such as the cost of an electrician you engaged before the fan arrived. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Your data

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, and this does not take away any right you have to complain to a consumer forum where you live.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you order.
