हर आपणम् BLDC fan के साथ 5 साल की motor warranty मिलती है, जबकि कई normal fans में सिर्फ 2 साल warranty मिलती है।

हम पूरे India में delivery करते हैं। ज्यादातर India orders dispatch के बाद 1 से 6 working days में पहुंच जाते हैं और tracking number मिलता है। International orders country के हिसाब से लगभग 3 से 15 days में पहुंचते हैं।

आप UPI, debit/credit card या net banking से secure payment कर सकते हैं। Indian customers ₹399 Booking Amount देकर order book कर सकते हैं और बाकी amount delivery के time courier को pay कर सकते हैं। यह Booking Amount आपके order total में adjust हो जाता है; अगर आप खुद order cancel या return करते हैं तो यह वापस नहीं होता, और अगर हम order पूरा नहीं कर पाते तो पूरा refund मिलता है। International customers को full payment advance में करना होगा। बिना Booking Amount वाला full Cash on Delivery available नहीं है।

हाँ। अगर fan damaged या defective पहुंचे, तो 7 days के अंदर हमसे contact करें, हम free replacement arrange करेंगे।

Vixa Pro में premium ABS blades हैं, जो बहुत quiet चलती हैं और घर को premium look देती हैं। यह आपणम् का silent और premium fan option है।

हाँ। इसमें LED lamp है जिसमें तीन white tones - pure white, warm white और soft warm white - मिलते हैं। इन्हें remote से dim/control किया जा सकता है, इसलिए यह room light, night light या work light की तरह काम कर सकता है।

हाँ। हर आपणम् BLDC fan RF remote के साथ आता है। Regulator की जरूरत नहीं होती; main wall power on होने के बाद आप speed, mode और light कमरे में कहीं से भी control कर सकते हैं - switchboard तक जाने की जरूरत नहीं होती।
