Aapanam BLDC ceiling fans come with a 5-year warranty on the motor, in writing. Replacement: if a unit arrives damaged, defective, or is not the fan you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery by email, WhatsApp or telephone and we arrange a free replacement at our cost. Unboxing video: please record one continuous video starting while the parcel is still sealed - it is required for transit damage, a wrong product or a missing item, and we send you a video of your fan being packed before dispatch. A manufacturing defect found after installation is a warranty claim and needs no video. Cancel before dispatch for a refund (less the payment-gateway charges) or an exchange. If we cannot deliver or replace your order, you get a 100% refund with no deduction.
