Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch

You may cancel any order at any time before it has been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp, call us, or send an email. There is no form to fill in and no reason to give.

Once we confirm the cancellation you choose one of two things.

Exchange the product. A different model, a different colour, a different size. We adjust the order and settle any price difference in whichever direction it falls.

Take a refund. We return what you paid, less the payment gateway's transaction charges. The gateway takes a fee when the money comes in and another when it goes back out, and neither is returned to us. We deduct exactly those two charges and nothing else, and we tell you the figure before we process the refund.

The money goes back to the account it came from, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

After dispatch

Once the courier has the parcel we cannot recall it. You may refuse the delivery, or accept it and speak to us. If the product turns out to be damaged, defective or the wrong item, our Refund and Returns Policy takes over and we replace it.

If we cancel

Occasionally we must cancel an order ourselves: the stock is genuinely gone, the delivery address cannot be served, a payment fails verification, or a price on the site was plainly wrong. If that happens we tell you why, and we refund 100% of what you paid, with no deduction of any kind.
