Shipping and Delivery Policy
Inside India
Delivery is free. There is no shipping charge, no handling charge and no minimum order value. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment being confirmed. Delivery normally takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your pin code. Remote areas take longer, and we will tell you if yours is one of them.
You receive a tracking link by WhatsApp and email as soon as the courier collects the parcel.
Outside India
We ship worldwide.
International shipping is not free, and it is not a flat fee we invented. When you enter your delivery country at checkout, we ask our courier partners for a live rate for that exact parcel to that exact country, and we show you what they quote. That is what you pay.
Where no courier will carry the parcel to a country, we do not offer delivery there, and the products are simply not sold into that country. We would rather show you nothing than take your money for a delivery we cannot make.
Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are set by your government, not by us. They are payable by you on arrival and are not included in the price or the shipping charge.
We do not currently ship to Pakistan or South Korea.
Dispatch
We dispatch only after payment has cleared. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Every fan is packed in its original carton with the motor secured. If a parcel reaches you visibly damaged, photograph it before opening, and tell us within 7 days. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
Installation
Installation is not included in the delivery. Guidance, and help arranging a local electrician, is available from our team. See Warranty, Replacement and Installation.
