Traffic Signal Light

Description

Traffic Signal Light is an optical system which produces a light pattern of specified size, colour and shape for providing control information to vehicle drivers. Traffic Signal Light is consisting of four components

• Signal head Housing
• LED Retrofit Module
• Sun visor
• Mounting Brackets

Signal Head Housing
Available in MS and PC, high UV protection and IR3 impact resistance. Configuration provision for arrange multiple housing in vertical or horizontal sections. Easy and fast installation or replacement of the housing or module without any specific tools.

LED Retrofit Module
Consist of LEDs PCB with Driver assembled in PC Retrofit Module with IP 65 rating. Lens made by high transmittance PC with two options: coloured and clear.

Sun Visor
Sun Visor is made of polycarbonate which increase signal visibility in sunlight. They come in three styles: tunnel, full circle and cap. Colour are traffic yellow and black.

Mounting Brackets
Available in MS and PC, high UV protection and IR3 impact resistance. Mounting Brackets can be adjusted to any diameter of Signal Pole and tied with Nut bolts or hose clip.

Traffic Signal Light (Aspects) can be arranged vertically or Horizontally. The colour lens of the upper aspect shall be Red, the middle one amber and the lower one green with provision to incorporate additional Signal Aspects for Left or right turn. In addition, Traffic Signal Light can be equipped with Back Board with reflective tape which provide a visual contrast between traffic signal heads and the environment., enhancing signal visibility and intersection safety.
